Don Wright and the company he founded, Clarigent Health make software that can help identify people at risk for suicide or other mental health issues with technology. Specifically, they created software that listens to patterns in a person’s speech to help identify red flags. I photographed Don on 6/102019 for Ozy.
This is the third time I’ve photographed Jesse. Each session has taken place at my house, all with lights…happy to have this trust and comfortability with someone after so many photos taken.
Here are some pictures I took for the most recent issue of Craft Beer and Brewing Magazine. Very happy they used one of the images of Collin Castore and Colin Vent from Seventh Son Brewing (where I work on the marketing team) on the cover! I included some outtakes from the shoot here also.
My beautiful beagle left the world a few days ago, so I wanted to post some photos of her. We spent over ten years together before severe liver damage took her away…way too soon. She was an expert cuddler, and was amazing to watch off-leash in the woods. She wasn’t perfect, but she was my companion and I will miss her in my life very much. RIP Gala pup.
I’m lucky to live in Columbus and to have strong relationships with people who are talented in many different ways. Annie is a bar professional who is the first women to win the North American finale of the United States Bartenders Guild’s Most Imaginative Bartender competition and a person I see regularly around town. When she asked me if I would photograph her for a column in Punch called ‘Bartender in Residence” I was so excited. I spend a lot of my days taking pictures of food and drink but rarely showcase that aspect of my work…so I’m very thankful for this opportunity. Congrats Annie!
